For a quick and easy gluten free Easter treat, these crispy eggs are so simple and addictive. All you need are two ingredients, some add ins of your choice and you will have some delicious treats your family will be raving over. Double the recipe to make enough for a crowd.
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 to 1 1/2 cup gluten free Rice Krispies
Small handful of whatever add ins you like: dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, raisins, mini chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, whatever you like.
- In a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate chips and microwave for about 45 seconds, until soft. Stir until all melted and smooth.
- Add in Rice Krispies and additional ingredients. Stir well. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and shape into one large egg or smaller individual eggs.
- Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
